We have our own hardware, powder coating, net sewing, and net weaving workshop. Therefore, the individual parts, semi-finished and finished products are moved within a small area during the production process. On top of that, we still use bubble wrap to protect each part.

No problem, we are happy to accept third party inspection. We have a lot of experience in this area and know how to work with third-party inspection. For critical issues that arise during the inspection process, we will notify you in a timely manner and also propose solutions to resolve them as soon as possible.

If you need a custom carton, we will customize it exactly to your design. We will use K=K reinforced cartons for shipping. We will share with you some pictures of the packing process and after the packing is finished.

The standard terms we accept are EXW or FOB for regular orders.
EXW means that once the shipment leaves our facility, the customer will be responsible for shipping, customs clearance and all other associated costs.
FOB means that we will be responsible for the cost of the shipment until it is loaded on the ship and the customer will be responsible for all subsequent costs.
For express shipments, it is usually (DDU), which means that the customer will need to pay import duties when the package arrives at its destination.

Of course, when the goods are ready, we will send the booking form to your shipping agent. And will work directly with them to arrange shipping.

Yes, if your shipping agent is unable to provide such a service, we have our own shipping agent that is fully capable of handling door-to-door shipping needs.

In general, we only accept bank-to-bank wire transfers. At the initial stage of cooperation, you will be required to pay a minimum of 30% deposit for each order, and after two years of cooperation, we can consider more favorable payment terms for you depending on your needs.
