Ivy Chan
Co-Founder/CEO
Ivy has been worked in a famous sports retail company about 10 years before founded Lettro sports with her partner. During her previous work experience, she found that the factory management of Chinese suppliers of ball nets was very poor, and there were always product quality problems and serious delays in delivery. So she decided to set up her own net production factory after discussing with her partner. She focused on factory management, production cost, product quality and delivery time. Combined with the rich experience of working with nets, Lettro Sports, under Ivy’s leadership, quickly got on track and was accepted by more and more customers. The company is now steadily growing and increasing its production capacity. Lettro Sports believes in benefiting our customers.
Levin Lee
Sales Manager
Levin has worked as a business manager in a baseball bat factory for 8 years. He has rich experience in communicating with key accounts, is an optimistic person, and is very familiar with baseball and product properties, raw material properties, etc. He can provide many solutions to customers. Since Levin joined Lettro Sports, the number of major accounts has increased dramatically and he is now responsible for the management of the sales team.
Robert Wen
Chief Engineer
Robert spent 15 years as an engineer in a Taiwanese factory producing sports nets, and he knows every step of the production process and is familiar with the properties of various raw materials. He is able to draw 3D and CAD drawings independently and can design products and help customers to improve their products. He joined the company on the same day it was founded and is now responsible for the management of the R&D team.
Jeff Chou
Chief Designer
Jeff Chou is an experienced and creative industrial designer who has worked on various projects in different industries. He is currently the chief designer of Lettro Sports, where he designed innovative products for sports. He has a strong background in product development, user research, prototyping and manufacturing. Jeff is passionate about creating products that are functional, aesthetic and user-friendly. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a designer.
Peter Lee
QC Manager
Peter used to work for a well-known foreign company. As a quality manager, he is very familiar with the process of quality control management and has very rich experience in communicating with key accounts, under his management, every quality control staff is dedicated to their duties and the quality of products is gradually rising.
James Lau
Development Engineer
James Lau is a skilled and dedicated development engineer who works at Lettro Sports, a leading manufacturer of sports netting products. He is responsible for developing new designs and improving existing ones, using advanced software and tools. He also conducts testing and quality control of the products, ensuring they meet the standards and specifications of the customers. He has a strong knowledge of sports netting materials, structures and applications.
